We need a relatively flat surface to park the gaming trailer (approximately 50 feet of space). Access to a standard power outlet within 100 feet is ideal, though we can bring our own power if requested in advance.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance can reschedule their event without penalty. Cancellations within 14 days will forfeit the deposit but may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future booking.
